Our alumni are an integral part of Minhaj University Lahore. The Alumni Relations team works diligently to maintain strong ties with graduates, facilitating their involvement in university activities, supporting ongoing fundraising efforts, and ensuring that they remain connected with the university community.
Alumni Affairs & Engagement
- Alumni Database Development: : We create and maintain an organized database of alumni, categorizing them based on their professions, geographic location, and areas of expertise, which helps in facilitating meaningful connections.
- Alumni Association Formation and Meetups: We establish Alumni Associations and regularly organize meetups, fostering a strong community of graduates who continue to contribute to the university's mission.
- Conducting Alumni Elections: We facilitate the election process for the alumni association, empowering graduates to take leadership roles in organizing events and initiatives.
- Connecting with Alumni via Social Media: We actively engage with alumni on social media platforms, ensuring they stay informed and connected with the university and their fellow graduates.
- Inviting Distinguished Alumni for Guest Speaker Sessions: Distinguished alumni are invited to share their success stories and professional journeys through guest speaker sessions, providing inspiration to current students.
- Alumni Homecoming Events: We host regular homecoming events, bringing alumni back to campus to reconnect with faculty, staff, and peers. These events are organized on a faculty and department-wise basis to foster more personalized connections.
- Survey Forms for Alumni Data Collection: Alumni are encouraged to fill out surveys through the CMS page to provide updated information on their professional journey, helping us maintain an up-to-date alumni network.
- Job/Internships Announcement on CMS Page: Alumni can access job and internship opportunities through the alumni portal on the CMS page, keeping them connected with career opportunities.
- Alumni Job Announcement Portal & Resume Builder: We provide an alumni job announcement portal, along with a resume builder tool, enabling alumni to update their resumes and apply for new opportunities.
- Reporting and Record Maintenance: Detailed records of alumni activities, events, and fundraising efforts are meticulously maintained for reference and future engagement strategies.
- Alumni Mobile App: We are developing a mobile app to facilitate easy registration, communication, and participation in alumni events and initiatives.
- Webpage Updates: We regularly update the alumni webpage minhaj Rozee and Alumni with relevant content, event announcements, and alumni news.
